Join us in October 2020 for 3 days of fun and dancing in Blackpool and Lytham St Anne's . Take in the 6 miles of Blackpool Illuminations at your leisure. Enjoy 2 chances to dance at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom. And if you're so inclined, also join us for an optional night out at the renowned Funny Girls drag show and for a group tour and lunch at Lytham Hall. 

The Dalmeny Resort Hotel was opened by the Webb family in 1946, just a stone's throw from the promenade in St Annes on the Fylde coast. There is a bus stop and train station nearby to get to Blackpool (coach travel may be an option) which is only 5 miles away. It boasts a pool, jacuzzi and fitness centre - free of charge to hotel guests - plus a spa for beauty treatments. And you can enjoy a drink with friends in Bar Indigo.

On Thursday evening we'll have dinner together at the hotel and then join us for an hour or two of dancing in the ballroom, or perhaps take a trip to see the Illuminations.

On Friday, we'll spend the day dancing to the sounds of the Wurlitzer organ at the fabulous Blackpool Tower Ballroom. Dating back to 1894, the Tower Ballroom is world famous for its architecture and unique sprung floor. We'll stop for tea in the afternoon - it really is as delicious as it looks! There will be an optional trip in the evening to the Funny Girls drag show - another Blackpool icon and the best night out in the NorthWest!

On Saturday morning, there will be an optional group tour of Lytham Hall - the finest Georgian house in Lancashire set in 80 acres of wooded parkland - plus a 2-course lunch. Or, you could just pootle around St Anne's and Ashton Gardens if the weather is fine. We are back at the Tower Ballroom at 5.30pm for a dance workshop, followed by an evening of dancing and a dance demonstration hosted by Phil & Kathryn Hurst. Our carriage turns back into a pumpkin at midnight!

If you are interested in travelling to and from the Tower Ballroom, Funny Girls or Lytham Hall by coach/group taxis then please let me know - there will be an additional cost.
